These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Grind Games and all persons who purchase a ticket or attend an event — whether as an athlete, spectator, or in any other capacity (hereinafter "you").

2.2

By purchasing a ticket or participating in a Grind Games event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. For persons under 18, the explicit consent of a legal guardian is required.

2.3

Grind Games reserves the right to amend these T&Cs and event details at any time. Participants will be informed of any material changes in a timely manner.

2.4

Anyone who violates these T&Cs may be excluded from the event without any right to a refund.

3. Age Restrictions
3.1

Minors under 16 years of age may only attend the event when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

3.2

3.3

Grind Games assumes no duty of supervision or liability for minors. Responsibility lies with the legal guardians.

4. Tickets, Prices and Contract Formation
4.1

Capacity at Grind Games events is limited. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Prices may vary depending on availability, start time slots, and venue requirements.

4.3

Accepted payment methods are displayed on the booking platform.

4.4

5. Returns, Refunds and Ticket Changes
5.1

Before completing a booking, we ask that you carefully review all information provided.

5.2

Once booked, tickets are neither refundable nor transferable — except in the situations explicitly mentioned below.

5.3

The following conditions apply to event tickets:

6.2

Promotional codes and complimentary tickets may not be used for personal advertising or prize draw activities. Exceptions require prior written consent from Grind Games.

7. Registration, Participation and Conduct
7.1

Grind Games may exclude or disqualify any person from the event at any time and without any right to a refund if:

  • the ticket was not personalised prior to the event;
  • no valid ticket is presented;
  • false information was provided during registration;
  • there is reasonable suspicion of consumption or possession of illegal substances; or
  • the person's behaviour endangers the safety of other participants or the operation of the event.
7.2

All attendees commit to treating others with respect and to complying with the applicable event rules.

7.3

Photo, audio, and video recordings are permitted for private use only. Any commercial exploitation requires explicit written authorisation from Grind Games.

7.4

Upon collection of your race bib, you confirm that your start documents are complete. Anyone who misses their assigned start time will be excluded from participation.

7.5

Participation requires good physical condition and takes place at your own risk. Grind Games may at any time request medical proof of fitness to compete.

8. Safety and Order
8.1

Grind Games is entitled to inspect persons and their belongings upon entry. Anyone who refuses may be turned away without a refund.

8.2

Participants are solely responsible for their personal valuables. Neither Grind Games nor the venue operator is liable for loss, theft, or damage.

8.3

Animals are not permitted on the premises. Recognised assistance animals are exempt.

9. Cancellation, Postponement and Force Majeure
9.1

Grind Games may fully or partially postpone or cancel an event if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural events such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or fires;
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or officially ordered measures;
  • Recommendations from a safety or health authority;
  • War or terrorist situations, strikes, or power outages;
  • Withdrawal or refusal of official permits.

10.2

Grind Games is not liable for any damages arising in connection with participation, provided there is no gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability is in any case limited to the ticket price paid by you.

11. Data Protection
11.1

Your personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising and conducting the event. Timing data will be passed on to mika:timing GmbH solely for time measurement purposes.

All recordings and content created in connection with the event are the exclusive property of Grind Games.

13. Brand and Intellectual Property

13.2

Any use of these trademark rights and intellectual property without the express written permission of Grind Games GmbH is prohibited.

13.3

Nothing in these T&Cs grants any right to use the Grind Games brand in a manner that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

14. Final Provisions
14.1

These T&Cs are drawn up in German and that version is authoritative. Any translations are provided for information purposes only.

14.2

Should any individual provision be found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining T&Cs. Invalid clauses will be replaced by legally valid provisions that come as close as possible to the original intent.
